Thursday Eve, 

Dear Friends at Home

I have been having a good, but -short- visit with Elizabeth and the children and intend to start home tomorrow morning. Will go through Boston and New York. Will get to Boston at -1-20 1.M. I intend to spend the Sabbath in New York. Will get home Wednesday noon if all is favorable. I had unclear to with home from the mountains but we had so much to unclear our minds and unclear that we deferred it. Will give you an account of that time again. We have had no rain since Sabbath eve. It is cloudy this evening and bids fine for a rainy day tomorrow. Johnnie says it has rained every Friday for five
