Copy Sir, In perusing the Columbian Museum, I perceive you advertise the lot {unclear]] Digby Fy thing, fronting Southerly on Bryan Street, as the property of W. John Cunningham, for sale to satisfy judgments obtained him. You will please be informed that the above lot is not the property of W. Cunningha, but belongs to me, I therefore forbid you making sale of the same agreeable to your advertisement. I am unclear. D.B. Mitchell 12th Feby. 1798
