Home, up stairs on the floor close by the stove, Thurs. eve. Dear Sis, You can't imagine how we miss you and Ottis- I would have posted after you before this only I've not felt quite well. We don't want you to be in any hurry about coming home- get all the good you can out of your visit- stay as long as you conveniently can- and have just as much fun as possible. Sarah does not think she will go down next week but I think I shall if nothing hinders and I reckon a great deal on having you stay till I am ready to come home again. Still I would not have you stay one minute longer than is agreeable to you. Have you been to see Annie yet? I suppose not or you would have mentioned it. This is a very cold night- the coldest we have had since last winter and Sarah says she hopes they won't try to burn Utica up tonight. Did hear or see anything of the fire there
