Camden County 2nd October 1812 Dear Governor It was with much Regret that I heard of your severe Indisposition, by a Mr Coffee who was direct from Millidgeville, and it was not until I had the gratification to receive your two private letters of the 11th and 1th unclear together with your official letter, and orders of the 12th unclear, That my mind was relieved from the most serious apprehensions for your safety. I know how much you suffer by such Bilous attacks, and apprehensive that its usual volume would be much increased by your Exposure to the unclear of the intense heat, at the most unclear Season of the year which generally renders changes dangerous. I am however happy to be enabled to congratulate you on the prospect of your returning Health.
