My dear, dear Aunt Mary: I am filled with regret to think that I have not written before and acknowledged that beautiful jacket and the dress. I thank you with all my heart for them. I meant to send you a card at once, but we have been in such a whirl that when I thought of writing I could not find a moment, and when I might have sent a few lines, it was crowded out of my thoughts.
