    For a Calvery Officer out after Indians to lose his horse, is is primia facing a bad case against him.  Capt Dodge is an excellant and efficient officer, and there may be reasons why he should escape with a single repremand.  The A.A.J. General of the dept is near that Post now and will be instructed to investigate the case fully.
