3/2 To the Committee and Council In General Coucil Conceived Friends and Fellow Citizens, In obedience to your resolution of the 15th unclear a letter was submitted to Mr Schermeshorn of which you will find a copy answered with his reply accompanying. To the letter, no answer has been given.
