stormed considerably in Utica this noon, and it blows some here this evening." I did not see much of your storming but perhaps you did it all in your heart.

After we left you we met name? and she went with us to look for a shawl but I didn't find one that I liked. name? went with us to Thomas Store and we had a pleasant visit while waiting for Mary. After she came down she went with me and I got me a very pretty pin for $1.50. it is a little larger than Annie Williams' I think and something the same stile. I got a beautiful unclear for 1.00, and a silver thimble for unclear 1/2 with that 1.50. - I had to pay so little for my pin that I thought I would get Mother a dress with the rest of my 5.00. So i go her a unclear- I dont know how to spell it. at 25 cts a yard. I think it will make a pretty dress it is double fold like that we got in Remsen.
