I meant to have answered your letter before this but have had a good deal to keep me busy - Did Aunt Jennie receive my letter in which I sent some of mother's hair?Azia and I joined the church here last Sunday - She was a member of this church of the unclear Disciples but preferred to belong with Johnie, and I had never joined since coming over here though I belongedat Lewiston. I talked with the pastor of this church before presenting my name and told him first how I felt and he said a great deal to help me and advised me by all means to join. I feel better now on that subject than I have for a long time and I feel sure that I shall someday meet my darling mother and never be separated from her again.
