Monday morn. Dear Sister, I was very glad indeed to get those things which Cynthia brought from home. They came at the very time that I needed them most. My linen coat feels a great deal more comfortable this warm weather than my thick one. I suppose that there is no need of my telling you that my pen is so poor that I can hardly write. I guess that I will go and ask Edward Roberts if he won't lend me one. Now I have got a little better one although it is not very good. I forgot in my last letter to say any thing about that lounge cover which you said I might have. My lounge frame is six feet long, eighteen inches high, and two feet wide. I do not know as this letter will reach you before Father starts to Utica. I forgot to bring any umbrella down with me. I do not know whether I had better buy one or not. It is most breakfast time, and my hand is tired, so I guess I must stop. With much love, Henry
