Mr & Mrs George Harvey left for Chicago to day. Monday, September 9, 1901 A beautiful day, all of us well, it is quite cool, after breakfast, George & Mabel Harvey spent the half morning with us, as they go on the New York, limited to Chicago, they are very pleased with their trip, which has been very extensive, they left their daughter Dorethea with Mabel,s Mother, Mrs Dr Streeter at Lake Forest, She is ten years old, and little Margery they left with George,s Father, at their beautiful home in Chicago, called Fernwood Villa, 5810 Monroe Avenue, near the University, had a nice letter from Mrs R.L. Henry. She and her family are well. and sent their love to all. Misses Ballard gone to blank Mrs Bland Ballard has taken a cold in her head. She brought out her Kodak, and took pictures of all our party, Mr George Harvey has his camera, and he took all our pictures in a group. he is a good Amateur Photo Maker. When he has time from his buisness, he is a fine Architect
