The remainder portion of the Comanches & Kiowas now in a hostile attitude can be dealt with and what may remain of them ultimately located, as well as the Cheyennes and Arapahoes, entirely independent of this movement of the unclear Fort Cobb establishment to Cache Creek. In fact I think General Sheridan could deal with the hostile bands to better advantage after such a movement.
