I fell Sorry to hear that Your health is so poor. I did feel in hopes it would improve You Speak of Myron Sickness, I was not aware he was sick What's the matter, tell Sarah to write me & their is no use of dark clouds they will do no good. Trust in God's Providence and make yourself Happy as You Can if J were sell situated up Town I would ask him to Spend the winter with me But you know how we are situated and that the Entrance into the house is unpleasant for Strangers & Also my Business is of a Nature that is not considered Respectable by Some. But I think I do as near right as many of those that look upon in that manner if Your health is so poor that You can do nothing there untill Spring, you can have a portion of the winter? with me & also visit Your friends in Ohio which might be a benefit to your health and perhaps Enjoy Yourself Comfortably if in Spring Your health Should be so poor as not to be Able to work. You perhaps Could raise money & make it in Farming? & knowing Stock (on ? By Mortgage on Your Land, the Stock Could be sold in fall for nearly double what it would Cost in Spring in regard to my land have done nothing have Bot 240 Acres on South Side Creek adjoining me on the Bluff When we got out which I paid #1000 for I paid #500 cash down & 500 at the End of A Year My Business has been first rate I have been gone from home for the last days and Intend to go again in the morning Sarah send her love Respects to you & Josephine Your Brother E.N.
