As Matter of Record
It amounts to persecution. Not that the people offend. But because illconcieved betterments are that way. Destruction of the people is accomplished in the good that is in them. Instruction of people according to law is not possible. Law cannot teach in any ease and in every ease is vengenace for deeds real or imaginary in infraction of itself. Falsey of the power for goood, supposed to reside in law, is well exemplified by the fact that society has made no law enforcing compulsory happi- ness upon the people. Therefor and other reasons misguided institution of and enforcement of law reacts to the per- secution of the people and is no more than can be expected from a societythat only recently nailed its saviors to the cross and burnt its progressives at the stake. Brutal as is law the enforcement there of is trusted into hands that are unversed inn genteelity. Prospective observation of laws niceties depends wholly upon the conditions surround- ing the individual. Happiness comes not from law. Law comes from unhappiness. Unhappi- ness comes from conditions in disrepair.
