Saturday May 14th I took a walk in the morning with Jim {[Samson?]] and again in the evening with Charley Berdan, after that I had a long gas with Charley Graves. I have as usual been studying Punctuation and Prosody. The papers bring good news from Virginia and Georgia. Reader are you tired of hearing me say I have taken a walk and Studied Grammar.
