We wont plaster the upstairs this Spring: as it can be dome anytime. - I shall have a good floor laid up there: & sleep up there - in the Summer If we should do it off now: it would cost $100.00 extra & there is no hurry, if it isnt finished until another Spring for we have room so we can get along very nicely. I shall be as glad when you come home. I know you will be pleased with the house: or I hope so at least: for it just suits me. I paid the taxes
