Washington 11th march 1810 Dear Sir. Dispatches have recently been rec'd from Mr. Pinckney which states that the Marquis Willesly had disapproved the conduct of Mr. Jackson, and declared that he would be recalled, and succeeded by another minister of unclear and reputation who should be unclear with unclear power, to negociate upon all the points of controversy between the two nations.
