for actions done in the body, that your souls will disolve into corruption as you bodies, and in short they will tell you, after death you will be no more. But let me beseech you, be not so deceived, for to be assured, (and I have the authority of the holy scriptures to tell you so) your souls are immortal, and will never die; but after their departure from their respective bodies, they will assemble in the presence of God, and from him receive suitable rewards for all your crimes, or observation of his righteous laws. And as death finds you, so will eternity receive you. And know there is no repentance in the grave. And may God convince you, that on your sincere repentance, not only for those crimes you are to die for, but likewise for all that is past, you will receive remission of your sins, and pardon, only in and through the merits of a loving, and merciful redeemer and saviour. Although you are now bound in chains before me, you all have a right to that crown of glory, that fadeth not away. And tho you are now criminal
