My first and second make combined The pleasures of a Soul refined Friendship But should my second take my first away My lout would suffer no decay

There is a thing which oft the vulgar see Walk, and converse with most familiarly Ee'n Kings & Princes tho' they seldom meet it Yet when they do with great respect they treat it, The haughty Sultan & the Gallic King equal Deny there is, or can be such a thing Ee'n God himself who all things sees this cannot see To say he does, or can is blasphemy.-
