By fr Bacon who wrote in 1763 the following lines on the Bust of Milton In the Gadens of Ld [lord] Harcourt at Newnham -------------

         "Could Milton be restor'd to sight,
  Me might, at Good Lord Harcourts Cost,
          See here with exquisite delight
          The Paradise His Adam Lost"
