8 oct 1812. The few regular Troops who are at Bonaventure are required to be in readiness in the expectation of being ordered to Ft. Mary's?. Neither of our forts are Garrisoned. A reinforcement of two of these Companies from the Quota of this State would be very properly Stationed here.
