I went to the P.O. today; and found an advertised letter for you there; I opened it; and it was a letter from Mr. Hermandsen; and he said there was a boy there; that wanted to rent you place. The boy thought $100.00 (cash down,) would be enough for it; I have just answered the letter and told him he could have it for $135.00 cash down + he pay the taxes; of? for $150.00 and you pay the taxes. That you would want the
