Arbuckle - I am expecting Col Rockwell & also Maj. Thoodwall & wonder why they have not arrived. In mails are to mountains beyond Seminola Agency that there is not much use writing.

The Chyens came in day before yesterday and want 200 Sodgers of Chyens coming in to unclear.

I hope to get our quarters well under way - by least of next week - or I hope to be able to go for you so as to be back here early in May. It will be very difficult for me to leave heer - but I hope to succeed in finding time to get away long enough to bring you all out. Love to Louis & the children. As ever Yours B. H. Grierson
