Tuesday, March 12, 1901 Ada out. This morning cloudy, and cold, everything is frozen. at three O,clock the Sun came out, Frances gone to Winetka to a Sewing Club. after four O clock Ada gone to the Postfield still heavy clouds, look likes Snow, or rain. I received a letter of thanks today. Mrs. Reardon sick in bed Mrs. Tolman send me a card of thanks from Mrs Tolman, on her granddaughter, of birthday, and thanks for the Souvenir of my golden Wedding, all of us well. Mrs. blank Mastick of San Francisco is dead her husband died nine days before a dear friend of Mrs. Cowles.
