The page was laid out with pencil lines, then carefully calligraphed. It is possible to transcribe & translate the text but this is pointless because the purpose of this page is to study the aesthetics of a printed page lay-out. It is a work of art, as is the page following (image 336) and also the title page laid out in pencil (image 332) several pages previous to this.]
