Amherst Jan 17th 1852 Mr. [N.?] [Tiendall?] Dear Sir, Nearly two months have elapsed sin [since] I saw you last and it realy seems a long time. Although it has passed rapidly. You will perhaps expect to hear from me soon. Im [all] with my promise I sit down this afternoon to write a letter.
