Palace in clouds of dust where after getting some of some of the dust on our clothing & faces, we went on the Balcony to see the Troops as they passed to their quarters. All saluting the President as he passed. One Regiment was made up by troops from the Generals State unclear all known to him & of which he was very proud. In lead a vest? of two horses, & at half past eight
