May 15 - 1903 Paris, France My dear Dr. Montezuma, Still in Paris, but not tired of Paris. I would that I could spend a year in this city. There are so many things of interest here. Old palaces, and these I enjoy very much, not because they were the home of royalty, but on account of their connection with history. The french people are the happiest people I ever saw. Give them something to wear and a piece of bread and it is all they ask. The laugh, sing and dance with not a care in the world. Here they have double decker trains
