ousnes & Providence of God in Governing [illegible] affairs thus to Suffer men to be Imposed on. It must be acknowledged that the Divine provid. has taken care that [illegible] greatest part of mankind. Shall not be Left under unavoidable Deception, so as to be always abused by the mischievous agents of Hell in the Objects of Pain [illegible] not for sinfull & silly morals, to [illegible] prefer I be ruler to the most high in his government of the world -- or to direct him how far he may permit Satan to use his power.
