97 419. CLARK, Fort [left margin] June 16. 1875. Commanding Officer Fort Clark, Texas. Sir:

                The following Extract of a communication from the Commdg. Officer Fort Sill, I. T., dated June 10.1874, is furnished for your information and guidance, viz: +++++ " The Agent tells me the "Quahadas" and "part of the "Cooche-teth-Ra" and "Nocoriee" bands will probably go "off the Reservation upon the Staked Plains, while the "Penne-teth-Ras" who were so long in Texas under Major Neighbors, will come in here in care of trouble, under the protection of the Post."

                    Yours of the 19th. inst. in reference to the non-rendition of any accounts of my disbursements under Treaties made by Indian Peace Commissioners, prior to january 1869, has been received.    In reply I beg to state that my accounts of such disbursements were regularly made to General Sherman, who was charged with their supervision, and if any are missing
