about leaving yet and we are just enjoying ourselves. I attend the Presbyterian Church every Sabbath and indeed it seems a good deal like home.

Everything has pleased me but the mail. We have received a mail every day now for the last month but I have not heard from home once Dec 26th almost a month. The day before yesterday I received a note from the Post Master at Nashville which read like this:

Sir,

A letter bearing your address is detained in this office for nonpayment of postage by returning the notice and [inclosing?] 6 cents it will be forwarded to you.

I inclosed 6 cents
