Cambridgeport, Aug. 23, '60 Dear Aunt:- Once again back to my old "stand" I write a few lines to let you all know of my safe arrival, after a detention in Springfield an hour after the time for starting, waiting for the N.Y. express train, arriving here at about six o'clock. I found the folks all well, and 2 of Mr. Allen's sisters, from Halifax, here on a visit. Mrs. Gourlay has not yet returned; she is having
