Can. bridge post, Jan 23,/60 Dear Aunt, Having arrived here Friday afternoon, and having obtained work at my old place for the present, I set down to let you all know of my success.

I found E. Hubbard well except his fare, which he thinks a little better than when down; I stopped with him over night and left at 9 1/2 next morning, and got here at about 4 P.M. finding all the folks well. I went over to Boston Saturday afternoon towards night, to do a little business, and I called on Wm. Allen, and found him well, and he said his folks were well with the exception of Willie, who had some cold.

I send enclosed a receipt for Mr. Hubbard, with, a $2 bill, $3.50 of which belongs to him, he will see by the receipt from and to what time
