The house applauded before the curtain went down & carried the applause well after it closed. Genger Room - I still say that this is the best act of the play - Genge went good - Dictionary business got a quick full laugh & Joe got an applause. other times the lines were quiet and attentive. Hope they got Elizabeth's prayer & its meaning- maybe if she didn't drive it over to God so hard it would be stronger, it would be game to try - delicate things sometime have greater reaches. Ferd was better, he says he thinks he is improving3 words underlined but doubt that he's got it yet. 2nd act 2nd scene Good scene with Bill & Helen & Baulker & Helen went well, but Tess does not help the play & would be better on the sidelines. House laughter at Baulker's's lie & Helen but I don't thunk he talked to her like a guilty person who would hide something or redirect them, it wasn't how he said it, but what he was say with his eyes while he talked. 3rdunderlined Louise not so good - she seems to mix sophistication in with innocence of life. George went went here, a good piece of acting when he leaves he doesn't!! haveunderlined to marry her. house appreciated it - must have been full of Georges & Louises.
