Fri 10/3. 69 Jack I: 

     Typewriter still in shop - no money - extra bread, to get it out.  $37.50 to repair!  Agree wit [sic] you re Eric "Big-Noise" Hoffer - he is a Kosher Hitler - he lost me when wrote all those columns with snide remarks about the blacks, and he defends Israel.   I agree with Arnold Toynbee - there is no excuse for existence of Israel - a war-mongering theiving [sic] nation that stole Arab lands and then bragged they would not ever give them back.  The local Scripps-Howard paper (News) carries Hoffer's column - they did run one short letter of mine blasting Hoffer as a phony intellectual, Hoffer and ex-liberal S. Hiyakawa
