  The D.C. government is making a building survey - 2 ½ yr. job and promised me a temporary job - not much ART to it tho' but still hope to wangle something in art line.  All I had so far has been spot drawings for D.C. NEWS (see sample) and a few commercial jobs for local printer - such as a menu for a place we can't afford to buy a brew in!
   I have two drawings in Miniature show and one porrtait drawing (recent commission) in Watercolor Show.  Also have painting yclept:  "THE IVORY TOWER" in a market show - critic won't mention my painting - too Bill Gropperish and tells the TRUTH about our so-called civilization.   Critics LOVE underlined:  abstracts - they dont offend or educate anyone -  See Algren has new bawdy book out - hope to read it someday - in a paperback.
