  Have been spending the month loafing in Calif.  Took off and spent four glorious days in Ensenada.  Have been in Riverside most of the time but also LaCañada (near L.A.) and Pacific Pallisades. [sic]  I regret leaving the Commission but it's a real mess there.   Best wishes Dick Risk
