Bill doesn't consider himself as too much of an authority on the price of old houses as his work is mostly commercial, but he can give an estimate on what it would cost to remodel or fix it up, after he knows what you would want to do to it. So he suggests that if you are interested you might come down some weekend (or anytime) and he will go with you to look it over, but doesn't want to advise you without you seeing it. It is listed at seven thousand, but Mr. Johnson thinks it might be bought for a little less. Bill ask him how much less, and he said he didn't know, but if you were interested, you could make an offer. His address is W. C.
