6/18/86 Dear Jack:

   Thinking of you on this hot and muggy day in Chi Town and remembering all the warm evening we quaffed a cool brew among the underlined: hi and [underlined:  lo]] bums of Chi town.  I was reading a book [[underlined:  Done in a Day (100 years of Great Writing from the Chicago Daily News)  1977 and I saw the Harry ? on tour c you from 1973 which I read to my congregation of nursing home borders who enjoyed it along c some Rogers and other Jews of Cheeap [sic]  literary journalism
  Today we have 2 local papers both wallowing in their lack of interest in anything really interesting.
