ments for fear of discouraging her. I don't even know whether she is aware that her present tenants are our old ones. I guess the Griffith place was the only one vacant so they took it. The rent there is $40 per month. It will be almost a miracle if she can get all her money out of them. However, it is better to have the place rented and get something for it than to let it stand idle.
