First of all, Cindy, the boys and I would like to wish you the best of holidays, and warm, good wishes for your continued good health and happiness. It is our fervent hope that you will be blessed with many more birthdays to come...December 5th is the day for celebrating! 

I haven't heard from you in many a moon, and am concerned... do keep in touch, if it is only a word or two!
