2 and a cold could become pneumonia and fatal. The red cells are destroyed too, and when the anemia & white cell count reach a certain level, then I stop the drug - build my blood up again and then start over again. 

     Mother went home a couple of days ago, she came up for a week and stayed until I felt better.  She was here when James Eugene came up - I got a birthday cake for her & she celebrated early.  She really was happy to see him.  He looks fine - hasn't changed at all.  Perhaps a underlined"  little more mature, I guess Jackie was in the area, for a wedding I believe Jim said, but he didn't contact us.  We hoped they'd call & come over the weekend I had Mom's cake, No luck.
