Dave Wagoner was actually in Kalamazoo a couple of weeks ago - first I'd seen him in over 3 years.

He gave a fine Poetry Reading at W.M.U. (Western Michigan University, where John teaches.) Then he was to read at Penn. State, and at YMHA in NYC. He'll teach again in Seattle in Jan. He took the current quarter-off.

  John's 2nd bk. will underline probably /underline be published by I.U. Press, maybe in 1961. He had
