I doubt you can be in a wider state of confusion than I am. One week going on

Country & state, the next being told I was far too rich, and all the while laboring under the belief that I would run out before the money did, but now it looks as if I wld [sic] live forever, blind deaf & dumb & unable to maintain my balance. However I am back at work
