your list of people who might care to get it.
I am always on the look-out for new names. That part in the write-up about "Poet-Publisher sends free magazine to underlined: Notables" is a lot of bunk. I have sent some copies to "Who's Who" people sometimes for lack of a mailing list. "The best things in life are free" - more baloney. I was talking ironically, but was taken seriously. No doubt many people were dissuaded from asking for Solo because of the "Who's Who" slant which made such a good headline. I am going to the library when I have a chance to look up your works, and the history of the little magazine. The library has done me the honor, recently, of asking for a file of "Solo" for their reference-room. Thanks for writing. I am glad to know that someone remembers Chanticleer. I announced "Solo", in the last issue of Chanticleer, for 1935. It appeared in 1946. I eventually carry out my promises.
Sincerely, Jack Hauser
