We have our breakfast at nine and our dinner at three. It is a very satisfactory arrangement on a chicken farm because at the usual breakfast and dinner hours the folks are busy feeding the chickens or putting them to bed. The little ones can't put themselves to bed as they are all brooder chickens and are accustomed to being waited on. Did I tell you that I got a very nice letter from Grandma enclosing a dollar for my birthday? Max said something the other day about not leaving until Monday evening if Doc comes, so if we don't turn up until Tuesday, you mustn't worry.
