It is still there, as far as we know. 

  My husband is currently finishing his residency in neurology at Wadsworth General Hospital, a V.A. Hospital here in Los Angeles.  His training ends this June and he hopes to be able to do some neurology research here for the next year or so before he starts out in practice.
