March 14, 1965

Dear Jack:
I found the addressed letter on my desk. I think It would be a damn good idea to write a short book

on the story of "Anvil", why don't you? I have never heard of this publicity firm. Do you think they would be interested in bringing out a collection of my old country stories that have appeared in various magazines? Shall I write them?

It was nice of you to pay us a visit; it was fun remenscing [sic] about the good old Thirties. I feel as nostalgic

about that decade as you do. Regards to Gladys, Sam
