Dear Madame: Mrs Atwater has spoken with my about my exhibition in Chicago --for the first two weeks in February--and I should be very pleased to do this--but I am oblidged to make a few conditions-. I must have an official letter from you inviting me to exhibit in Chicago--Secondly it is necessary that you should pay the shippment of my pictures from Buffalo to Chicago--and return to New York--also the insurance.
