Dear Sherwood -

    It was darn nice to hear from you - If I get into New York during June I'll certainly call you up - It seems to me that all these highsounding organizations have pretty well outlived their usefulness - if they ever had any. And I think some of them tend to encourage individuals to stick their heads out at times when nothing is to be gained by sticking their heads out.
